Installations
During the year of 2023 I took on the creative enterprise of creating installations in Studio 12.8 at Art on 12 in Wimberley, Texas. These are snipets of what was created that year. I look forward to more installation work in th future.
Look-at-me
A conceptual piece exploring the experience of the artist as part of a gallery filled with others artists and their artwork. Asking the questions of how ones work stands out, whether or not it is important, and what constitutes good work.
the bird
A multi-media celebration of all things bird and how we honor them through artwork, contructs, collecting, and memoralbilia.
cycle of life
An exploratory piece of artwork using found objects, plant life, and poetry depicting the stages of life and the cycle necessary to maintain it.
DAYLIGHT/BLACKLIGHT
Exploration of artwork that is either at home in the light of day or in a dark room under blacklight.
